An assessment gives you the clarity and direction you need to make informed decisions about your care. Once all the information is gathered, you'll receive a detailed report designed to be shared with your entire care team, supporting collaboration and a team approach. 

How It Works: 

An assessment may be scheduled during your free discovery call. Once scheduled, we'll immediately begin gathering information to understand your needs and how I can best help. The assessment includes up to two hours of direct evaluation via virtual or in-person sessions (depending on availability). After completing the assessment, I'll share a comprehensive report with you, and we’ll review it together, confirming your goals, so we can start achieving them.
