  • You will need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space for sessions.

  • Coverage varies by provider and plan. Many insurance plans and private-pay clients use teletherapy. Superbills may be provided upon request.

  • A brief consultation or comprehensive evaluation helps determine whether teletherapy is appropriate. Recommendations are always made with the client’s goals, comfort, and success in mind.
